Tyler and Kayla are excellent realtors because they LISTEN. We were in Flathead Lake over a year ago and reached out to a few realtors to learn the area and start the search for an investment property (or several). Some of the realtors blew us off and didn't give us the time of day because we weren't buying immediately - we were buying in the next 6-12 months depending on how business projects went. Tyler took a day and showed us several properties, which we narrowed down to two we liked, but they weren't quite it. Over the last year he's sent us several investment properties as they've come on the market because he was thinking of us. Timing wasn't right because we had just invested a lot into our business out of state, but eventually everything will come together at the right time. He just sent me another investment property last week. We are so appreciative that he is patient and listens to what we are looking for. Eventually the right property will come up that we could use as a rental maybe even spend time back in Montana. We are looking forward to that closing!
